(Message of Himalaya Master – 203/208)

(1) Humanity has known for thousands of years about secret ways to reduce unbearable chronic pain, which often allow complete freedom from suffering in a short time. Humanity knows there are ways to raise energy levels without stimulating yourself with caffeine, energy drinks or stimulants. Many people have mastered ways to stop the ageing and degeneration of the body, and the sages of all times have shown a general path to getting rid of suffering and developing the ability to be happy. In general, we are talking about traditional techniques for restoring and maintaining good health, improving fate and finding happiness in life. Traditional medicine, yoga and tantra have much to offer here, and the entire science of practical yoga is a path of liberation from suffering called the ocean of samsara. The miracle of life in the form of human fate sometimes turns into a burden that is difficult to bear and is carried with great effort. However, it is important to know that it does not have to be this way, and a person who came into this world has the right to health and happiness, has the right to joy and lightness. In general, even a political and economic system that imposes too much of a burden to bear should be immediately changed so that it is friendly, joyful and light for the vast majority of society. Traditional medicine knows perfectly well from practice what effects inappropriate psychological, mental and economic conditions bring for the formation of the first cell, foetus and child’s psyche. Subsequent modern scientific studies only confirm and document again what has been perfectly known for thousands of years in all well-developed traditions and cultures of human civilizations.
(2) Man has much greater possibilities than it seems, and yet the very ability of all cells and organs to renew themselves makes man a new creature within seven years at the latest because that is how long it takes for the slowest-changing cells to die off and new ones to appear in their place. The process of conditioning man, his fate, and his ability to experience various sufferings and joys begins already at the time of our conception. Also, whether life will be a blessing or a curse for us, a series of successes or failures, the joy of health or the sadness of illness – is strongly conditioned from the moment of conception and then reinforced during birth and early childhood experiences, up to the age of six. The day of conception is important for our formation, and the mother’s egg and the father’s sperm create a new human being with 46 chromosomes, which is different from monkeys with 48 chromosomes or other species of mammals. The zygote is the first cell from which the process of creating our body and personality begins, but many conditions are already created at the zygote stage, i.e. the first cell, the seed of our body. Contrary to many appearances and myths, the conditions in which the zygote is created are very important for the quality of a person’s future life because the circumstances of its creation, the circumstances of the union of the mother’s egg with the father’s sperm are very important for the quality and way of human life for decades, until physical death. Many ancient civilizations and cultures took care that the time and circumstances of a person’s conception were very well known, and even a conception horoscope was determined for the time of conception, considered much more important than the birth horoscope, the most popular in the West.
(3) The subconscious, the hidden mind, is formed from conception, from the union of the egg with the sperm, from the creation of the zygote, and these are emotional traces very deeply hidden, hidden in a person. The emotions and thoughts of the mother, the emotional atmosphere, the mood at the time of conception, and the development of the foetus shape the deepest spheres of the future subconscious of a specific person. The problems of the parents, the emotions of the parents, and everything that the mother experiences during pregnancy, from conception to the birth of the child make up the hidden part of the mind called the subconscious today, and in the past, the lower self or the animal self. Further coding of experiences, gathering sensations, and recording of patterns of reactions to situations takes place until the child begins to be more aware of himself and his surroundings, begins to live consciously, and can somehow remember his childhood. People usually do not remember the earliest part of their childhood, which is the part that forms the mental underground of the mind, which is called the subconscious. It is even worse with remembering events from the foetal period and from the time of conception, although yogic pratyahara used meditation techniques thousands of years ago that allowed at least partial insight into emotions, thoughts, sensations and experiences of the pre-birth period to unravel the resulting trauma and improve the fate of adepts seriously and professionally practising authentic traditional yoga as a path to a healthy and happy life. Reaching for the beginning is reaching for the first cell, the zygote, a creation that is a single-celled human, a human known from metaphysics as the cosmic primordial egg, Hiranya-Garbha or Lingam. In the deepened, clear awareness of existence as the initial first cell, we recognize ourselves as a small universe with all potential possibilities and conditions, good and bad. Still, we try to turn off and deactivate the bad ones and turn on and activate the good ones.
(4) Conception and then birth are important, archetypal, initial moments of our existence, and the conditions in which our genetic code is created during the formation of the first cell, i.e. the circumstances of the creation of the double helix of DNA for the first time in our life, are very decisive for our later experience of reality, whether we are healthy or sickly, whether we are prone to addictions, how we react to other people’s emotions, what hypersensitivities we have, whether we are successful in life or unlucky. Generally, we know from the experience of thousands of years and many generations that a person should be conceived and born with the approval of both parents, which means that it is better to be a person wanted and expected by both parents and the entire environment, including grandparents and relatives and friends of the parents. Many simple yogic practices such as calm, deep and slow breathing in water at body temperature provide a strong release of old womb memories, including even those from around conception, not only those from the time of leaving the amniotic fluid and birth. Some people experience only emotional and physiological experiences, while others have very vivid experiences and memories. Such processes mainly serve to free themselves from the burden of past experiences in which the zygote was formed and the embryo and foetus developed until birth. There are many yogic methods of cleansing and correcting prenatal and pre-birth conditions, but all of them show that this time is very important in a person’s life and from the psychological side, it is the period of the deepest and most hidden, most unconscious conditions of the human mind or psyche.
(5) Trauma from the first cell often results from the mother’s or father’s fear of getting pregnant, an accident, or complications in life, and the stronger this fear in the mother or father, the more the child develops a traumatic and pathologically anxious personality, even pathologically anxious, so that the child may suffer from anxiety psychosis, the causes of which it is unable to recognize because it does not remember the beginnings of its own or rather inherited fears from the mother or father. Rejection, being unwanted, is also noted already at the level of the formation of the zygote and can be a complication in adult life due to rejection in subsequent interpersonal relationships, both in love and in professional or social relationships. From the point of view of the child’s well-being, all attitudes of rejecting the possibility of conceiving and giving birth to a child should be severely punished as highly harmful. Psychotic emotions of the mother or father in the case of a confirmed pregnancy should not occur because they become another trauma of the foetus, stuck very profoundly in the subconscious and not at all so easy to remove. Potential parents should not engage in sexual intercourse until both are mature enough to immediately accept the possible consequences of having children, which is best for the good of the new human being coming into the body into this world. And it is not so much about external consent in words to conceive and give birth but about accepting possible children on a deep emotional level so that the fact that the woman is pregnant does not give rise to resistance, reluctance, rebellion or opposition to having a child and the need to support or raise it. The trauma of being unwanted, rejected or in some way inconvenient to one’s biological parents creates numerous psychological and life complications throughout a person’s life unless it is seriously reduced or completely cleansed by therapeutic methods so that it can be said that the patient has been cured of this disease and its complications. For a developing child, already at the cellular stage of embryo formation, any emotional information from parents that it does not appear in time, that it is a problem for them, that it is unwanted, that it would be better if it died and was not born, is a great shock, suffering and trauma that gives rise to various roots of bad relationships and patterns of conditioning in later life, including suicidal tendencies, drug addiction, diseases and unnecessary death at a young age. At this stage, very serious disorders can arise in both the emotional and structural physical areas, and the seeds of disorders and diseases can arise that it will have to struggle with in its future adult life.
(6) If the authorities of a given country or region or community of states do not create good conditions for the parents of new children for their birth and upbringing, they do not guarantee the mother (parents) the possibility of survival together with the child or children. Such state authorities are highly harmful to the entire nation and should be immediately removed by the nation or community and replaced with a socio-political authority more friendly to the renewal of the national human substance. The rulers of the country must take care of the offspring of the entire nation and encourage the creation of good conditions for future generations, but this is not about terror forcing the birth of every conceived child at all costs but about guaranteeing good, friendly living conditions for those who actually come into this world. Good government ensures that every child has decent conditions for birth and the development of their human potential. A bad government that destroys its nation does not guarantee the mother or parents a job and income that would allow them to feed, support and raise children. In many cultures and civilizations, new parents were prepared to start a family and perform parental duties, which is embarrassing to say, as such customary education exists even among the Papuans. However, it does not exist, and there was no white man in Europe or America unless someone had exceptionally good and wise parents, but there are very few exceptions. Youth who are beginning to mature and there is a possibility that sexual intercourse and pregnancy may occur should be immediately made aware and thoroughly educated about how children are created and what parental responsibilities are, as well as about the psychological conditions that are best for the good development of future offspring.
(7) A child, from the moment the first cell is created from the zygote, also becomes a new carrier of the experiences of its ancestors, both parents, grandparents and great-grandparents, all relatives with whom the parents are in an emotional relationship, with whom they share emotions and psychological bonds. Both good emotions and bad emotions are the material from which the subconscious of a new human being is built. From the first cell, we connect with the family and ancestors; we take on their emotions, participate in their joys and sorrows, pleasures and unpleasantness, and greater traumas such as economic crises, wars or family conflicts. It is in the interest of the child’s well-being to at least significantly limit the child’s direct exposure to domestic quarrels, conflicts, and malicious and ill-wishing people to keep the child away from those who do not want it to live. We do not invite into our home those who did not want our child, advised against its birth, opposed pregnancy and the birth of a child. A small child up to the age of six should not have contact with those who have wanted to kill, hurt, remove, or eliminate from the living. Therefore, any showing of the child to an evil aunt or mother-in-law who demanded an abortion cannot accept it and was not happy about the news of the pregnancy is highly inadvisable and very harmful to a small child. Such people should not even see the child for a moment or spend any longer with it before the formation of the child’s subconscious is completed, and this usually lasts until the child is six or seven years old. Old traditions took care of children, and the evil eye that was feared is nothing more than the influence on the formation of trauma and suffering in the subconscious through contact with unfriendly and hostile people, with people who do not want the life of the child. The general rule is that from the disclosure of pregnancy until the third month after birth, only people who are favourable to them and have a beneficial influence should come into contact with the pregnant mother and the child. Therefore, we limit all possible unwanted and harmful contact with both the pregnant mother and the child, which applies to family members, relatives and acquaintances, as well as random people from the street, including officials in various offices with whom mothers, especially single mothers, often have to deal today. The more we protect a new person from situations that form stress, bad emotions, traumas or emotional horrors in this initial creation period, the better because the child will only record traces of our memories and experiences as inherited patterns in the subconscious. The less trauma and suffering during formation, the better for the new person.
Many Blessings on the Path of Awakening and Realization! Om Namaśśivaya!
