Contacting and connecting with the Higher Self

(Message of Himalaya Master – 206/211)

(1) In exercises for developing healing, shamanic or psychotronic abilities, to determine whether a connection with the Higher Self, Atman or Aumakua has been established, we must pay attention to specific symptoms or omens of establishing a connection “with the mountain”. The flow of life energy or prana through Huna, called mana, causes characteristic shivers, chills, tingling or vibrations, and sometimes emotional and mental states, such as agitation. Therefore, if certain specific shivers or tremors occur, it means that the lower Self (Anava, Asmita, Svah) is fulfilling our suggestive command and establishing contact with the Higher Self. Many people are familiar with this tingling sensation or “hair standing on end” that occurs when sensing the close presence of spirits and invisible beings. When a ghostly guest called a spirit touches a person with its ghostly pranic or kama-manas or astro-mental body, it causes an additional flow of vital energy, which causes characteristic shivers, tremors and emotions. In a stronger version, the phenomenon occurs when a connection is established with the sphere of the Higher Self, a connection with the Atman through Huna called Aumakua.

(2) According to the yoga teachings of the Indian and Tibetan East and according to the teachings of the Hawaiian Kahunas, the Higher Self or Atman connects with a person more strongly and contacts during sleep, making use of the etheric thread called Antahkarana in yoga and the Aka thread in Huna, which connects the lower and higher bodies, allowing communication between the spheres or layers of consciousness. The Higher Self analyses and receives all thoughts, plans, hopes, fears, loves and hates that have arisen during the day, intentions to which we transfer life force, and then use it to build an outline of our future, i.e. to create in the spectral body the seeds of what will happen as a reflection of human aspirations. Thought seeds taken from images in mind called bijas, seeds or sanskaras become the shape of our life over time, and the Higher Self with divine energy ensures that everything that is arranged in the thread of fate has the power to come true and becomes facts of the future reality of man. In this way, the Higher Self, Atman, is just above the human being, the divine creative consciousness that weaves the “fabric of life” from material that it takes directly from man, and deep sleep is a time of analysing human consciousness on a deeper plane of existence.

(3) The evidence of contact with the Higher Self during sleep is often considered to be specific shivers or tremors, some special vibrations, usually occurring in the area of the solar plexus and, more precisely, in the area of the manipura ćakra located in the central part of the torso, above the navel. Tremors or vibrations often appear when falling asleep or drowsiness, if only we are well relaxed and loosened up. During the connection with the subconscious, with the lower animal Self, the Higher Self of man takes a small amount of vital energy needed to transport the contents of the mind to the more subtle spheres in which it resides. In return, we receive a power impulse of a higher type of energy, the luminous divine Daiva Prana in Huna teachings called Mana Loa, which has strong invigorating and healing properties and also serves to supply the resources of the reservoir of vital forces in the lower abdomen, where the ancestral energy intended for man for the entire length of his life in the physical body lies dormant. Many people, when they are about to go to bed or take an afternoon nap, feel strong vibrations, shivers or chills when falling asleep, and immediately after this sensation, they feel rested and refreshed. This is the effect of the bioenergetic connection of the lower self with the Higher Self, thanks to which one can immediately get up and get to work with a large supply of fresh, vital forces.

(4) If the lower Self feels shame, disappointment, guilt, severe stress and tension, then it cannot connect with the Higher Self. It refuses to get closer and exchange energy and impressions during sleep. There may also be problems with falling asleep, being unable to get enough sleep, and, finally, chronic fatigue. In such a state, a person is threatened by misfortunes, accidents and the possibility of falling ill with many different ailments. If a person does not connect with the Atman, with the Divine Soul or the Higher Self often enough, then he loses his vitality and begins to get ill and suffer accidents or unlucky events. The service of internal regeneration of the brain and nerve paths also stops working, which causes confusion and dysfunctions in the nervous system and coordination of individual and body organs. As it were, we then become such “abandoned souls”, people “cut off” from the Higher Self above us. Yoga Masters, tantric shamans, and Hawaiian magicians called Kahunas then speak of “blocking the path” to the Higher Self, blocking the connections with the Atman. Sometimes, the Higher Self forces the renewal of such contact with its methods, and somehow, the accumulation of these negative emotions and thoughts in the form of tension, stress, shame or worries are dissolved or dispersed, and the person’s condition improves, and everything returns to normal. In many cases, however, the complex of guilt, sin or stress is so strong that the person’s lifeline breaks down, and diseases or accidents have tragically irreversible effects in the form of disability, mental disorders, or even sudden death. One must independently ensure that the path to the Higher Self is always unblocked, active and efficiently functioning.

(5) Most people, as soon as they get sick or feel worse, when they experience troubles or worries, start to pray spontaneously, try to relax and rest deeply, turn to a higher power with a plea for help, and in this simple way, the door usually opens, through which help comes from above, from Atman, from the level known in Yoga as the lotus of the Crown, or Sahasrara, the lotus that is at the level of hands strongly stretched upwards. Too much stress, a guilt complex, grief after the death of someone close, a phobia or obsession, shame because of the evil done, remorse – can end in a serious illness, disability or sudden death. The most important reason here is the cutting off of the lower Self, or the subconsciousness, from the connection and possibility of contact with the Higher Self with Atman. Blocking the path and cutting off the connection can sometimes also be caused by strong influences of malicious people and evil spirits or demons, djinns and asuras, who implant a kind of dark energy, causing loss of connection and the possibility of regeneration of the human being during sleep, and do so to substitute themselves for the Higher Self and connect to the person, to their lower self, to possess and take over the desired suit of the human body and vital shell and the astral body. In such cases, these evil spirits or demons carefully take care that the spectral cord connecting with the Higher Self is always blocked, and the possessed person remains under the control of such a dark force from the dark peripheries of the universe where dark energy creates its own artificial and malicious entities.

(6) Spiritual healing, energy healing, as well as procedures for blessing students by the Guru or Master – Spiritual Guide, always include strong and energetic procedures aimed at possibly unblocking connections with the Higher Self and increasing the bioenergetic exchange between the lower self of a person and the divine Higher Self, which often in itself allows for a quick recovery of health and vitality, and also prevents attempts to possess or take over the spiritual student to turn him away from the divine Master with whom the work of internal perfection was undertaken. Many simple mantric yogic and tantric practices contain elements of unblocking or cleansing the threads connecting the human being living on earth with what remains in the higher, heavenly subtle spheres above the human head. The simple practice of vibrating OM along the central energy cord known as Sushumna up to the zone high above the head is an ordinary simple cleansing of the channel connecting with the Higher Self, with Atman or Aumakua.

(7) Shamanic initiation rituals known from both Tantra and Huna, similarly to initiation ceremonies in traditional Yoga, aim not only to unblock the path of connection with Atman, with the Higher Self but also to strengthen this connection, to increase the flow of divine energy between the lower subconscious structure of man and his higher, divine part reaching Heaven, i.e. higher mental spheres, sutrama manas and buddhi. People who are too strongly entangled or possessed by dark demonic forces and various evil spirits from astral planes are usually very much against both initiations and blessings from living spiritual masters, and sometimes they also avoid and fight all methods of truly spiritual healing, which can also succeed in restoring the connection with the true Higher Self of man. Ordinary people, if they are not yet strongly possessed by the demonic forces of darkness and cosmic evil, are often able to restore the proper connection and exchange of energy by intensively invoking the Name of God, such as Eloah, Elohim, Yahvah (YHVH), Brahman, Allah, Ahura Mazda or the practised in Yoga: Śiva-Śiva, Om Namah Śivaya! From the point of view of the art of spiritual healing and shamanism of all cultures under the sun, we must beware of all those who discourage us from the commonly known Names of God, spiritual healers, initiations and blessings from spiritual masters or healthy rest and taking care to get enough sleep. We must also take care of mental hygiene and appropriate ways to reduce stress and cleanse the conscience from feelings of guilt, remorse, shame, fear, phobias, obsessions or worries. Fear phobias or obsessions, fear of spiders or mice – can become a point through which dark forces and evil spirits will reach us, who will want to use our weak point to block the connection with Atman, with the Higher Self.

(8) Most miracles and supernatural phenomena are the response of the deities of heaven, goddesses, gods and angels to the requests and supplications made by people and other beings in sincere prayers. Many people have learned in some way to establish a more conscious connection with Atman, with the Higher Self. Still, even among spiritual healers and shamans, there are relatively few who have mastered effective methods of counteracting the attacks of evil and harmful spirits or malicious demons, jinns or asuras. Atman, the Higher Self, creates the future of people from their average thoughts, which it receives from them during sleep, so this future, this fate, usually becomes a jumble of random facts, events, momentary desires, a mixture of ups and downs. Only a person who takes care of order, harmony, and purposefulness in his thoughts, emotions, and aspirations can achieve a better fate because, in such a case, Atman will have a clear picture of the future. All the Higher Selves of individual people are interconnected, which can be compared to a tree and a forest or a bee and a swarm of bees, and the larger structure, the Higher Selves of all people and creatures together we call Parama Atman. The Common Soul of all humanity is the Higher Self of Humanity we call Purusha, the Primal Man or the Primal Soul. Therefore, it is relatively easy to influence the reaction of the entire forest through one tree, and requests to the Atman to repair relationships with individual people are typical activities of shamans, tantra practitioners, yogis and spiritual healers. The unwanted version of the future can be erased through appropriate practice, and a new, more appropriate one can be awakened, which we call practices of changing life for the better.

Many Blessings on the Path of Awakening and Realization! Om Namaśśivaya!

HUM!
