6. About Milk and other Nutrition Poisons!
Human organisms are mainly adapted to eating vegetable food; animal supplements are bearable in small amounts, because eating mammals, birds or fish meat leads to various illnesses. In the industrial world of modern civilization there is another problem – chemically processed, preserved, pasteurized and radioactively irradiated food, which, in no way, can be qualified as natural and healthy. Vegetarianism is healthy food, holistic, eaten in natural shape without poisoning chemical preservatives or submitting to very harmful technologies of converting. The people searching for personal or internal development should pay particular attention to choosing the right food.
Chlorinated water, including chloramines, is a poisoning problem, although it can be a bit helpful during an epidemic, because chlorine is a strong poison, one of a few basic causes of pandemics and allergies, similarly, fluorine in toothpaste, which is a basic cause of destroying human’s teeth.
Consuming milk is a social problem for many people, because a huge amount of people is not able to drink milk or consume dairy products. The milk straight from a cow or brought to boiling is the healthiest, because it shall be not pasteurized by cooking. And so, among various populations 20-40 % of people become at least slightly allergic to various substances present in milk and dairy products, and that makes them unable to consume milk. A bigger problem is skimmed milk, which is pasteurized, chemically converted and preserved, because the cause of consuming such poisons is not only various allergy problems but also serious diseases as asthma, bronchitis, lung cancer, diarrhea or flatulence.
The society should be informed about these facts, and dairy products labels should include warning information and a skull, the same as on cigarettes and alcohol. A man, like other herbivorous mammals, is adapted to drinking milk only during his infancy period and early childhood, till the age 2-3, and later he should eat with vegetable food, preferably with holistic products. Human baby digests best the milk from the mother, and every mother should care about breast-feeding, and if it’s not possible because of disorders, such as lack of milk, it’s advised to search for a wet nurse, who could feed the baby. Also sheep’s and goat’s milk is more recommended than the cow’s one for children, but only if there is no other way of feeding the baby!
Many children in school or pre-school age don’t tolerate cow’s milk and hate it; which can result in an allergic reaction. You shouldn’t force a child to drink milk, especially with pasteurized poisons or powdered chemical products. Symptoms of milk non-tolerance can appear even after many years of forcing to consume dairy products under the pressure of pseudo-parents, who care about great dairy companies business more than about the child’s well-being. One of the causes of osteoporosis is consumption of dairy products despite the organism’s protest and allergic effects of milk-drinking like runny nose, bronchitis and rashes. If a child after drinking milk tends to vomit, have diarrhea and rashes, you should start giving him different products than cow’s milk and the ones based on that. Especially, you should try sheep’s or goat’s milk, starting with little doses. A few of the ingredients in milk often can cause damages of various internal organs, the vascular system, heart and bone system. Proteins from milk rinse calcium out of organism, weaken the bone system and make bones break easily or even become a cause of osteoporosis, which is a civilization problem.
You shouldn’t listen to noisy advertisement of harmful milk industry, and all that is pasteurized should be rejected at first, because this process causes harmful chemical transformations in products that you consume and every dietician or nutrition technologist is aware of this fact. However, usually those serving to big companies, cheat the whole society. Any symptoms of allergy among children must cause limiting or rejecting products from milk and for 20-40% of people the only alternative is healthy, not chlorinated water, vegetable and fruit juices, soya milk and similar products. Proteins from cow’s milk are one of the basic reasons of heart diseases. People with heart problems must avoid dairy products and eggs with killing amounts of cholesterol! There are about 5 - 7 very dangerous allergens, which are ingredients of milk and it’s products, like penicillin, animal meals or wheat proteins after converting them by the cow.
Osteoporosis is a serious disease that exactly corresponds to the areas with high consumption of milk in the countries where the dairy industry dominates the market and allures people, who shouldn’t drink the milk straight from the cow at all.
Pasteurization changes the milk and its products into harmful soup full of dead, toxic bacteria that poison the whole organism and destroy alimentary canal. Allergy to milk can end with rapid death by suffocation or a serious heart, bone or eyes disease and even complications of cornea inflammation are usually a reason of milk-drinking. The ancient Indians knew that the butter from cow’s milk is toxic and unhealthy, and they accepted it for consumption only after the process of melting called clarifying, during which 1/3-1/2 of the whole milk mass is precipitated as toxic pollution and harmful substances, which is easy to image that people consume. It’s characteristic that societies or long-living tribes consume very little amounts of dairy products or they don’t consume them at all, preferring only vegetable nutrition! The most of the milk and its products per person is consumed by the Finns and Americans and the most people there have heart problems and pains and diabetes as well, which is very common among milk-drinkers. Changing sick and harmful nutrition habits to vegetarianism is absolutely necessary, and when vegetarians talk about drinking milk it’s just an addition to basic nutrition, and usually it is from animals different than cows. If we talk about feeding children with milk, it’s about feeding them with the milk of mother, which is nothing bad even in the 5th year of life, because in this case too much it’s better than too little!
Obligatory feeding school age children with cow’s milk and its products sentences them to many unnecessary diseases and problems, especially the allergic group of children which constitutes about 20-40% in different societies. Even Old Polish culture said that the healthiest kind of milk is sour milk, and remnants after making clarified butter or cream for cakes were always given to animals as fodder and never to humans! Millions of people suffer from osteoporosis symptoms, heart problems, diabetes, and acute depressions, whose frequent cause is excessive consumption of milk products. Insulin-dependence of diabetes, ears inflammation, tonsillitis, bronchitis, diseases of respiratory system, heart attacks and sclerosis are treated by limiting or rejecting all dairy products from the cow! Harmful influence of cow’s milk, deepened by pasteurization and preservatives was revealed for people of the West by Dr Max Bircher- Benner, the pioneer of dietetics in the second half of XIX age, and this is the knowledge that Switzerland has to give to Europe, instead of harmful advertisements of poisoning milk. White death is white sugar, white flour, white salt and white milk, four basic poisons of the contemporary world. Harmful poisons for most of people, which every man should avoid. People, live in good health!
